One might think that with intelligence and wealth one is safe from the marauding hordes. Those who have made money from Carmarthenshire and its very generous residents should think again. Come forward and help create a better community for all. With so much wealth and intelligence we should be rivalling many of the major towns and counties in the U.K. How often do we stand in awe at the sight of other towns. Carmarthenshire was once like this and we were admired. We have become a laughing stock and an example of how rotten a county can become.
